SHIPPING & HANDLING

Please allow two days for processing. We ship UPS and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. We do not currently offer international shipping through website in-stock or custom orders.  See below for more information on international orders. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. For time-sensitive purchases, please contact the store at 972-563-3300 to verify availability and to ensure shipping expedition. Customers will not receive notification of shipment or tracking information unless specifically requested. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*As of 2021, due to Covid-19, International Shipping prices have sky-rocketed.  We are only be shipping to Canada and/or Wholesale Dealers in Australia.

Duty Fees NOT included in shipping price.  Buyer is responsible for all Duty Fees upon delivery.  Sorry, no estimate of fees can be given at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our Saddles are handmade with the finest materials and are priced to sell at the most competitive cost.  Once a saddle is ridden it can no longer be re-sold as new.  Please know your Seat Size and Fit before ordering, we can not be liable for misinformation.

NEW SADDLES:
New saddles should be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the SAME condition as when it was received. All returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS. *NO PACKING PEANUTS or other packing materials!
A $250 - $350+ Shipping Cost Fee will be deducted from your return money.

Returned/Exchanged Saddles MUST include the following:
1.) ALL original tack that came with saddle including back billets, latigo, stirrups, breast-collar etc
2.) The saddle including Saddle Tag Card (if in-stock saddle)
3.) A NOTE enclosed in a plastic Ziplock/Envelope (to protect from saddle oil) with your;

• First & Last Name
• Valid Phone number
• Email address
• Physical shipping address
• Detailed description of why you are returning.
• Date of purchase/copy of the receipt

All this info is required so we can properly fix your saddle in a timely matter, contact you if needed, and to get the saddle back to you.

CANCELED CUSTOM ORDERS:
Canceled Custom Orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.


USED IN-STOCK SADDLES:
Used In-stock Saddles should be returned no later than 10 days after receipt, and may be returned for Saddle Credit only. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply. Please allow 2-weeks for the processing of your return.

WARRANTY POLICY

10 Year Guarantee on Our Trees.   Warranty starts the exact day Saddle is received or printed on the original receipt.  Warranty follows the saddle ONLY with the original receipt or warranty tag with the date.  Please DO NOT discard these items.  If the saddle is re-sold, please surrender to the new owner.  Warranty excludes Labor Fees.

Jeff Smith, Jeff Smith's Custom Saddles, Cowboy Collection Tack, and all known associates are NOT responsible for any accident or injuries to persons, property, or livestock.  Buyer/Jeff Smith Saddle owner including second-hand purchasers agrees to hold Jeff Smith's Custom Saddles, Cowboy Collection Tack, Jeff Smith, and all other associates harmless.
